Come join Keira and other like-minded women for a special destination weekend in some of the most picturesque mountain trails in California, Utah and Oregon.  Her trips include 2-3 daytime group trail runs, healthy homemade meals and recipes, one-on-one information on training and fueling for long runs, and general tips.  You will form special bonds with other women to last a lifetime!
